A new car is a huge decision. It arrived sparkling. "Outstanding customer service! Although I didn't buy my car from this dealership..nor visit as a customer ... they went completely out of their way to help me when I was in need. My electric car was running low on charge, and despite being close to closing time, the team kindly allowed me to charge it. A special thank you to Greg, who was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days, and it certainly didn't go unnoticed. Experiences like this create loyal customers.
