We are looking for a part time weekend showroom host/receptionist to join our successful team at Martins.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate an outstanding customer experience, whilst providing professionalism in a friendly, warm and welcoming manner. A good telephone voice and basic IT skills are also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Meet and greet customers within the business
  • Able to offer and supply refreshments to all customers/visitors
  • Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy at all times
  • Register all incoming enquiries onto the in- house IT system
